Resume review and tailoring: I have more than 30 years of experience reviewing resumes and adjusting them in response to specific job postings. I have been a hiring manager since approximately 2005.
Copy editing and quality assurance: Since 1988, I have edited all kinds of documents—e.g., resumes, business forms, posters and communications materials, web and social media content, presentations, proposals, and reports to foundations and government entities. Most of my editing since 2011 has followed the style guide of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), but I can accommodate other style guides as well. Upon request I can go beyond proofreading and error correction to recommending rewrites for flow, logical structure, and readability.
